Oh dear... it seems that I've gone and done it again.
I've only gone and registered to take part in this year's Great Manchester 10K Run. There must be something inside me that thinks I might be able to (or even want to) beat the time I did it in last year. The words 'foolhardy' and 'masochist' spring to mind... That's me forcing a smile after last year's run.
