After a previous failed attempt to run the London Marathon, I’ve decided to don the running shoes and try again.  This time, I’m much more prepared and determined - I will start and finish the race, even if I have to crawl over the finish line (hopefully it won’t come to that though). 

This year I'm supporting Bowel Cancer UK.   It is a great charity and I’m proud to be running for them.  So please sponsor me as much or as little as you can – your money will genuinely help save lives and improve the outlook for thousands of people
