Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

We're raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by taking part in the Longest Day Golf Challenge - we've played 4 different golf courses in less than 24 hours - playing 72 holes, hitting nearly 400 shots each and over 25 miles of walking as we aimed to help people living with cancer.  Its all for a great cause so please support us.

On Sunday 25th July, we began our challenge just after first light at 4:20am on the first tee at Banchory Golf Club - then it was on to Inchmarlo, Braemar (the highest 18 hole course in Britain) and Ballater - and we finished around 9:15pm, walking the whole thing.

We received some coverage in the Press & Journal on Monday 26th July - click here to read the article (and see the pic!!).

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor the team now!  Every donation makes a big difference to improving the lives of people affected by cancer.  Macmillan Cancer Support provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care.  Please join us in supporting this great cause.

Thank you.
