About our charity
The Solent Steam Packet Ltd, is an exempt charity 26065R and was set up to operate and maintain the heritage steamship 'Shieldhall'. This is run entirely by voluntary effort. Shieldhall is the largest operational, steam powered passenger/cargo ship in the UK and possibly Europe.
