Hi Everyone,

As you know we lost our Mum to Breast Cancer in 2004 after a relentless 2 year battle. 

During her last days she stayed at St. Raphael's Hospice where the treatment of her and especially us her family was second to none.  The staff there do an amazing job and are really unsung heroes serving the local community.  They work tirelessly to make the patients comfortable as well as including the family and ensuring everyone is looked after.

The Hospice is a charity organisation and so relies heavily on donations to be able to function on a day to day basis which includes the cost of care for each patient.

In honour of our Mum we are running (ha ha more like walking)  the 5k Adidas Women's Challenge on the 6th September and hoping to raise as much money as we can for St. Raphael's Hospice.

We ask you to please dig deep and sponsor us for this worthy cause and also to pass this on to anyone that we have missed.
