We are looking to give back. To help raise money for severely injured rugby players and for disabled children with special needs . To that end we have entered Walk 4 Matt, a charity even where participants walk 120 miles from Rugby to Twickenham over the course of a week.
We do this to raise money for some amazingly worthy causes, causes that desperately need the cash - so we ask you to sponsor us. sponsor us for walking all this way and, more importantly, sponsor us because the causes we are raising for are causes you know you can spare a couple of pound to help.
Don't donate for us, or because you like the idea of the walk, donate because you know these charities are making a REAL difference in the world.
Please do spare what you can - even small amounts of money can make a BIG difference

Matt Hampson was a talented, English u21 prop when a training session destroyed his career. He injured his neck so severely that he is wheel chair bound. He needs a ventilator to breath and full time care workers. His physiotherapy bills alone cost £60,000 per year.
Despite this he has put together this charity walk of nearly 120 miles, with supporters from all the clubs in the Guinness Premiership walking that long and painful distance. One hell of an achievement from a truly inspirational person.
The monies raised by this walk will go to the Matt Hampson Trust, as
well as another very deserving, cause.
The other charity that is involved is Special Effect. Rugby has long had a history of helping outside charities, and this walk is no different. Special Effect are a charity that help severely disabled children, and are a charity that Matt Hampson himself is patron of.
