Head of Client Services
This summer, we have spent time talking in depth to our charities to understand what they think of our service, and we’ve learnt an awful lot.
Our site has been live for over seven years. In that time, we have worked hard, and invested large amounts of money, to make sure that our individual users loved it, that it met their needs and made them happy. As a result, they have raised over £340 million for their favourite charities. Consumer trust in us is strong and brand recognition is growing. But we know it’s now time to raise our game and serve our charities better.
So we’re looking for someone remarkable to take on the important new role of Head of Client Services, to collaborate with our charities and help them reach great heights with us. Our charities team is already doing well, with six of us supporting and working with our charities every day. But we need someone with a strategic mindset and in-depth knowledge of the sector to help us achieve our new goals.
You might currently hold a senior role within the individual giving team of a UK charity. Or you might be working with a specialist agency at Account Director level. Whichever it is, you’ll be as passionate as we are about empowering charities to raise money.
