Thanks for supporting us during our St. David's Day Appeal, your donations are vital in helping us care for patients throughout Gwent.

For over 29 years St. David's Foundation has been providing a "Hospice at Home" service to patients in the County Borough's of Caerphilly, Newport, Monmouth and Torfaen. We care for over 2500 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, as well as providing support to their families and carers. Our nurses provide care to over 950 people at any one time.

The service is provided "free of charge" to all patients and their families, but the cost to the organisation is over £4.6 million pounds per year.

The majority of these funds come through the support and generosity of the community, and without this support we would be unable to provide this vital service.
