The Steeple Church, in Dundee is a vibrant, committed, diverse and growing congregation whose mission is to serve its neighbours in the city centre. Although externally sound, internally it is 'unfit for purpose'. The planned upgrade to the facilities will create a resource that is 'fit for purpose'
