Running my butt off to raise £50,000 for Cancer Research UK

Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, supported me, ran with me, kicked me out of bed, and sent me emails of encouragement. Also thanks to all the newspapers and BBC Radio Leeds for all the free publicity.

Why am I doing it?
Because cancer will touch ALL OF US in some way at some time. Plus one in three of us will actually PERSONALLY SUFFER from of cancer in our lifetime. This is my small way to help all of us and our children in the future


In 2010, I am not setting targets or goals. I'm just running and running and running. However, I am going to run the 127 miles from Leeds to Liverpool along the canal towpath, but will be doing this in stages between charity races.

My most recent charity race was;
Potters Arf - Stoke on Trent on 13th June

Coming Soon;
Cannock Chase 10k & 6 hour run on 24th/25th July
Mablethorpe Half Marathon on 3rd October
Rodley Run on 12th September is my own 13 mile 'Fun Run' for all abilities to run, jog. cycle or walk. Guest appearance by Suzanne Shaw from Emmerdale & Dancing On Ice.
