Hello everyone.  Thankyou for visiting my Marathon 2010 page. 

I vowed after the 2009 London Marathon i would never do it again.  The pain after the race was just to much.  Once was ok for me.  Well guess what..........YES!!!!!  I ve decided to do the 2010 London Marathon.  Weird hey?????

A new year and a new charity to run for.  The Childrens Trust have kindly given me a place and i am determined to raise as much money for them as possible.

Please help me in my quest to raise as much money as possible.  Im going to be faster stronger and more pain free!!!!  lol  The more money i raise the quicker I'll go for you lovely people.

This year i hope to complete the Marathon in under 4 hours.  Last years time was 4 hours and 9 minutes.  Beleive me i would be happy with 3Hours 59Minutes and 59Seconds.  Trust me i'm gonna do it.

I have to thank a few people who are helping me in my quest for Marathon sucsess.  Firstly my Mum,  Thankyou mum for your help in helping me raise money for the charity.  Your my trainer in raising money.  Love you.  To my girlfriend Catherine, THANKYOU for all your support and being by my side.  You nag me to death about the gym and my work and beleive me i do listen.  I love you.  To my closest friends Sarah, Tom and Yasmin.  Thankyou for your support also.  You are all super-stars in my eyes and one day i hope to be donating to your charity when you do the marathon yourselfs.  Big cheers to my best mate Paul.  Good luck with your Marathon.  Yours will last a heck of a lot long with the little Knight Man.  Best mate squire!!!  Our Ben my little big bro, your a super star in the making.  your donation last year helped me finish my marathon.  To everyone else who's helping me.  One word................Thankyou.
