Hi there!

Having been lucky enough to get a job as the Finance Officer at George House Trust, it was a no-brainer when asked if I would run in the BUPA Great Manchester Run, raising money for this great charity in the process.

Training has well and truly begun. This currently involves getting up at 6.30am each day, running in the cold, dark Manchester mornings while trying to avoid getting frostbite!!

Launched in July 1985, George House Trust provides support services to people living with HIV, their carers, partners and families across the North West of England. The aim of George House Trust is to provide the best quality of life to people living with or affected by HIV. Their "still life with HIV" message is at the centre of the organisation's philosphy and campaigning and seeks to empower people living with HIV to lead a full life.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: George House Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Please dig deep and support a fantastic cause, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you!

Stephen x
