Five years ago we organised a ten mile charity walk along the Leeds - Liverpool canal to increase awareness of hydrocephalus and raise some much needed cash for the charity SHINE (then known as ASBAH) and if you were there you'll remember we had a fab day, Now we thought it was time to do it all over again, so come on folks best foot forward, lets step out for SHINE.

We will be setting out from the canal bridge at Hapton at 10.30am on Saturday 3rd May 2014 and walking along the canal to Whitebirk in Blackburn with everybody meeting at the Red Lion Pub (next to McDonald's) at the end of the walk.

If you are unable to do the walk please make a donation to help SHINE in their fantastic work,  providing advice, support and advocacy for people with Spina Bifida or Hydrocephalus and their families.
