Scope is a disability organisation in England and Wales whose focus is people with cerebral palsy. Scope's vision is a world where disabled people have the same opportunities to fulfil their life ambitions as non-disabled people.

We provide a range of support, information and campaigning services, both locally and nationally, in addition to providing opportunities in early years, education, employment and independent living.

My story

Yep! I did it!

Hello and thanks for visiting my donations page.

On the 6th September 2007 I swam the English Channel. It took me 12 hrs 33 mins. The purpose of this page is to help raise money for the Charity 'Scope', dedicated to helping people with Cerebral Palsy.

Now that the deed is done there can be no more argument for "what if you don't make it?" So please sponsor my swim. I've done the hard bit, now you too can help to make some changes to other peoples lives. Scope are a very deserving charity who's work for people with cerbral palsy helps them to acheave a level of equality and live normal happy lifes.
