My personal message:

London Marathon 2008, 2000 miles in a canoe (starting next week on the Thames before the London marathon), and 3 peaks are some of the things we are going for.

It's time to bust a gut and really try and help those who really need some help.  Next week, we have a bash at the three peaks challenge, Ben Nevis, Sca Fell Pike and Snowdon in 1 day.  The canary, rollercoaster, july andrews, the voice and plain stupid (me) (the five blokes doing this) will be having a bloody good laugh at each others trials and tribulations in doing this.  Am sure it will be a pee take from start to end, the most important bit, is raising cash for CF.

My little girl Rebecca is the bravest little person I know, she has CF, and seeing her smiling happy face each morning when she and her brother get up is enough to put enough sunshine in your day to last a lifetime.

Rebecca goes through a lot of same things that all other CF sufferers do and never complains about the amount of medication or treatment she needs, my goal is to raise at least £10,000 every year for the trust so that Rebecca and all the other brave souls who suffer from this horrible disease can look forward to a better future.

Please help me to to raise money so that the scientists and doctors working for the trust can find Rebecca's cure.  Her cure is our dream.
