My personal message:

Hi guys

I decided it was about time I tried my hand (or rather feet) at a big event to help raise awareness but more importantly MONEY for a worthy cause. So I'm running in the 2008 Flora London Marathon.

As a former sufferer from epilepsy I know only too well how drastically it can affect your life and your family. SO please be really generous and help me raise thousands of pounds for this charity.
