Hi, thanks for visiting my page. First abit about me, I'm a keen runner and run with my local running club (Benfleet Running Club) and have been running for a few years now.

I've completed the London Marathon once before back in 2005 and this year I'm hoping to knock 1 hour off my time and complete the course in around 3 hours 15 minutes.

More importantly, I’ve decided to raise as much money as I can for a local charity called little Havens.  I was fortunate to have so many people donate money for this charity back in 2005 so please dig deep and sponsor me again.

Little Havens are dedicated to caring for the whole family by offering specialist one-to-one care and support for children with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses 365 days a year.

As a Charity 81% of the funding comes from Voluntary Donations
