Story

If you’ve seen Looking for Eric and the part where I am training as Eric with Eric’s hero, Cantona then you’d think I was fit and was preparing for the FC Minithon on October 18th on Chorlton Meadows.

Well, I'm looking forward to the challenge of the Minithon as the only exercise I really get is walking to the pub!…luckily, they don't mind if you run, walk or crawl, so it could well be the third option after what looks to be a big Saturday night out.

It seems all that training with the King in the film may have gone to waste…but if the film didn’t get “Eric” fit, it certainly gave me the FC bug. I attend as many games as work allows and having FC United as my team is fantastic. For games I can't get to, a mate gets the text updates to me, usually after a bit of prompting."

FC United and Medequip4kids are two great causes, so back me and back them. Can I reach my target? I need your help, the help of everybody you know and everybody you don't know... and a few more besides. Do you believe in miracles? I do, I am more than a man :-).
