Why am I doing this walk you may ask..........

Well: apart from the obvious thing about helping the charities involved and all that they are trying to do to fight breast cancer...........

I am overweight

I have high blood pressure

I am not as fit as i would like to be

I drink far too much

Most of all, my doctor wants me to have an MOT so I thought a little healthy work would help that too
