Weston Spirit was founded in 1988 by Simon Weston. It has provided support and opportunities for over 65,000 educationally and socially excluded young people. There are currently eleven centres across the UK, including Cumbria, Nottingham and Rhyl. In the last year over 10,000 young people contacted Weston Spirit for support.

My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I ran the New York City Marathon for Weston Spirit in 1999 and said: "Never again!" But here I am. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Thanks to all family and friends who have helped me raise money with the recent race night, online auctions and raffles. A great time was had by all and Weston Spirit made lots of cash.

As you can see from the photo, I finished the New York City Marathon. It was hard work, but a great buzz at the finish line.
