On Saturday May 10th 2008 I will be doing a tandem Parachute jump from 10,000 feet. Freefalling at 120mph until we hit 5,000 feet when the parachute will be deployed.
Many of you visiting this page and donating will not have known Tony but that doesn't matter. Tony is the reason I am doing this, you will all have your own reasons for sponsoring me. Whatever the reasons are the important thing is that without your help Willen Hospice could not help the many, many people that need their care.
I am doing this because of a friend and work colleague who sadly died on June 28th 2007 from cancer. Tony spent his last few days at Willen Hospice. I am sure without that care Tony would not have passed as peacefully as he did. The care is amazing, the people are amazing and this is my way to give back a little something for the way they looked after Tony, my friend.
