I'm taking part in the London Marathon on 21st April 2013 to raise funds for a friend's little girl - 3 year old Cara Leathem. Cara has been accepted for a potentially life changing operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotom in Missouri, USA. This operation will potentially increase the chances for a better quality of life.
