Saint Michael's Hospice strives to add quality to the lives of local people suffering from life-threatening illnesses, at no cost to them. Its services include a 10-bed in-patient unit, day therapy centre, lymphoedema clinic and bereavement support. It must raise £2 Million every year for running costs and depends largely on the generosity of the local community.
