Thank you for visiting the donations page for Streets of London Concerts for Homelessness. Streets of London is a fresh initiative that raises awareness about homelessness and raises funds for front-line services with some great live music!
We’re hoping that the web-cast of Seasick Steve’s performance at our most recent show - at Camden Electric Ballroom on 26 May - will help us raise a significant amount for a great homelessness charity.
Please make a £2 donation here (or more if you feel like it!)
All proceeds go to The Connection at St Martin's, a day centre in central London that provides specialist support to more than 200 homeless people each day.
Their services include a day centre (offering food, showers and medical services), also housing advice, skills training and careers advice, specialist support for people with complex needs, and an outreach team for rough sleepers. The centre is open seven days and nights a week, and sees 5,500 individuals a year.
Last year The Connection at St Martin’s worked with 1,200 rough sleepers on the streets, placed 1,700 people into accommodation, helped 2,000 people to return to their home areas and gave employment and training support to 1,250 people, 300 of whom went into jobs or training.
Please give generously, and ‘Like’ our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/streetsoflondonconcerts if you would like to keep up to speed with news about our next show!
Thank you for your support.
