Hi friends, yes it's that time again for my charity run!

In 2004, the sister of my very good friend Scott (who many of you know), suffered a severe spinal injury in a car accident.

In spite of her paralysis, she has show great fortitude and resilience. Having set up a charity walkoncemore to help those with spinal injuries and support research into medical cures etc for spinal injury she has also gone on to become mother to a beautiful daughter.
