On the 2008 uk ride we raised £3,709.35p ,Which as you can see by the pic was donated to debra ( with little lucy receiving the cheque on there behalf..But it dosnt stop there ,Debra needs all the help we can give them .

So in june 2009 I will be doing the maddest ride ive done todate ,In 2006 I rode a Honda Cg125cc Landsend to John O'groats to Landsend in 4xdays ,This set a new unoffical British record ,& I was named the madrider for doing it ...So June 2009 Im going to attempt the same ride but this time in 3xdays .I will be the only rider but the crew that went with me in 2008 will be my surport crew for the 2009 ride ,,( they got to be mad for putting up with me ..The ride will start 18.30hrs on 18th june from Landsend & return 18.30 hrs on 21st june Landend...

On the last ride we met a few eb suffers & introduced other bikers to the knowlage of what eb is & what debra does for them .Words carnt explain how you feel when u meet these very brave children.

Im reg disabled with damage to my lower spine ,But have only had this since 1989,these kids are born with eb & are in pain everyday of there life ..

You all did wonderfull in 2008 but I want to try n do more ,The ride will be no peice of cake n im in training already for this endurance riding to the full 16hrs on the 1st day as we have to ride Landsend to Inverness on day 1,day 2 will be inverness to John O'groats then as far south as we can get .day 3 ,well be the homeward journey .imfo on ride n route will be on www.madrider1961.co.uk
