After months of training and more importantly no drinking!! I will be putting myself on the start line at this years Flora London Marathon.

Hospice of the Good Shepherd have very kindly given me one of their bond places in this years race. In return for this I have agreed to raise as much money as possible for them.

Hospice of the Good Shepherd provides free specialised care for adult patients with incurable illnesses and support to their families from Ellesmere Port, Chester and Deeside.

Any contribution you can make will be greatly received by Hospice of the Good Shepherd and will give me the added encouragement to make through the 26.2 miles on the 26th April 2009.
