This Page is in Memory of My Sister Sue - Thank you for taking the time to visit it.
Sue had a real reason to celebrate her life and we should carry on that legacy.
She was first diagnosed with Cancer of the heart and spine in the early 60's and Doctors, Surgeons and Nurses of the day miraculously saved her on that occasion and her story is documented as one of the very few cases of success in that period.
Over 40 years later, cancer came back to Sue and once more she fought and won, but over the last couple of years, it became harder for her body to win the battle. During this time she was able to achieve some of her goals, in particular re-visiting and Tenerife.
A recent highlight was to meet her new niece Charlie in New Zealand.
Sadly my sister Sue lost her long battle with Cancer and passed away quietly at 10:30am on Friday 6th November.
We all want to remember her and support those who made he last few years comfortable.
It's one of Sue's wishes that we support the Hospice and I would therefore ask you to donate to the St Helena Hospice instead of buying flowers.
Sue is at peace now.
