Well less than a week to go!!!!

First of all a big thank you to everyone who has shown their support so far, it really means a lot.

So all the training is done, and my whole body pretty much hates me, but hey i've come this far. So here is my final plea, for those who have yet to donate please if you could give as much as you can it really would mean a lot, every penny that is raised goes direct to Scottish Association for Mental Health a charity that is dedicated to making life better for people suffering from mental health illness and the people around them too, and much more.
