I am running the London Marathon for the second time, supporting two of my favoritev charties, both of which are very close to my heart.

MS is a cruel disease, and anything we can do to help understand and find a cure for it is a worthy cause in my mind. Half of the funds I rasie will go towards the MS charity and their work for all the sufferers and their families.

I am raising funds for Rhino Ark the charity which is raising funds to preserve and conserve the Aberdare Mountian range in Kenya. This unique ecosystem is the home of many endangered flora and fauna species, including the Black Rhino and Bongo.

Long Training runs, two months off the booze, and ice baths, surely that deserves some support
