HELLO EVERYONE & THANKS FOR VISITING OUR PAGE

EVER SINCE I HEARD OF THE IRONMAN CHALLENGE IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO IT ESPECIALLY WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT IT CONSISTED OF. ITS A 2.4 MILE SWIM, 112 MILE BIKE RIDE AND A 26.2 MILE MARATHON ALL TO BE FINISHED WITHIN A 17 HOUR TIME SLOT. A FRIEND SHARED AN INSPIRING YOUTUBE CLIP WITH ME AND I SIGNED UP STRAIGHT AWAY.

I RANG MY BROTHER ADAM AKA TRIGG ALONG WITH A FEW FRIENDS TO SEE IF THEY WERE INTERESTED IN JOINING ME. TRIGG SAID YES ALONG WITH NATHAN ALLEN AND CARDIFF DEVILS ICE HOCKEY PLAYER ALEX SYMONDS. WITHIN A WEEK ALL WERE SIGNED UP AND WE STARTED OUR TRAINING READY FOR THE BOLTON IRONMAN ON SUNDAY JULY 31ST. COME SHOW YOUR SUPPORT.

WE DECIDED TO DO THE CHALLENGE FOR TY-HAFAN HOSPICE WHICH IS A GREAT CHARITY HELPING LIFE-LIMITED CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILY'S. TY-HAFAN ALSO EXTENDS OUT OF THE HOSPICE AND REACHES RIGHT INTO THE HEART OF THE FAMILY HOME. THEY HAVE HELPED OVER 400 FAMILY'S SINCE 1999. ALL OF THEIR HELP IS COMPLEATLY FREE OF CHARGE TO ANYONE IN WALES WHO NEEDS THEM.

IF YOU COULD SPARE AS LITTLE ARE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THAT'LL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
