Hello friends and collegues,  its just me SYLVIE STURROCK - Im doing a 10k to help awareness of Mouth Cancer

I signed up way back at the begining of August and since then 2 very close family members have been diagnosed with cancer so Im doing this for them, they will be my inspiration.

They are both being very brave but im now living my life too with the dreaded C being at the front of my mind - I cannot imagine how that feels waking up every morning with that thought  - I luckily bounce out of bed and being full of beans you will know nothing much gets me down but last couple of weeks Ive done an awful lot of crying!!

So I plead for your help guys - come on lets see how Team SYLVIE can fair in getting this day off the ground - its in its 4th year now this event but its my first attempt at it - I want to reach a £1000 - I can send this page to around 200 people do its completely achieveable if you help me out here. Pass it onto others - team, friends etc

I will also offer some FREE business help to whoever makes the largest single contribution. Or even a nice lunch - up to you x x

Dig deep - give as much to this worthwhile cause as you can afford - even if its only a few bob - it all will help.
