Once again it's that time of year for Me to dust off the old dunlop green flash and pull on my size 28' shorts and pound the streets in the London 10k! It's gonna be hard this year guy's, I'm a year older and a stone heavier! that's right the cookie's gone all chunky. So please take that into consideration when donating, its gonna be tough.

This year I am once again running for the fantastic charity DGSM YOURCHOICE, which is a local charity who support people with learning disabilities to lead more independent and fulfilling lives in our community, so please help me raise as much money as possible, and dont think credit crunch, think COOKIE CHUNK!!
