My story
Welcome to the ‘Dreamflight Abseil’ Just Giving Page!
A team if us are throwing ourselves off the top of the beautiful Table Mountain to raise funds for Dreamflight!!! This is the highest commercial abseil in the world at 1000m
Please support our terrifying challenge and help us raise maximum funds for these deserving children and donate whatever you can.
Dreamflight is a registered UK charity that was established in 1986 with the aim of providing a special holiday bringing some joy and happiness to seriously ill and disabled children. It aims to give children who perhaps can't wait long enough for the medical breakthrough they need, or whose illnesses and treatments have bought pain and disruption to their lives, the holiday of a lifetime in Florida. They encounter all the thrills and excitement of the theme parks they may never otherwise get to experience.
It is a huge undertaking, chartering a 747 with British Airways and taking 192 sick and disabled children and 96 volunteer medical staff, cabin crew and non-medical helpers.
In excess of £650,000 needs to be raised annually for this incredible life changing trip.

Dreamflight's aim is to take seriously ill and disabled children to Orlando for the holiday of a lifetime visiting the Theme Parks. To bring some fun and joy to these children whose illnesses cause pain, distress and disruption to their lives.
