Well the latest crazy plan is this..
over 100 miles away.
just the two of us on the 'team'
without a support crew..
on hire bikes,
with hiking kit on our backs,
and fire in our hearts
let me please introduce..
The Team:
Tamara and Steve Hicks aka the ‘Wee Mooshoos’
(..as in not quite a big mooshoo)
The Challenge:
A cross country 30-mile cycle and 8 mile hike
(mountainous terrain has been implied)
The Time:
Bank holiday weekend 3rd - 4th May 2008
The Place:
From Fort William to Invermoriston
..along the stunning Great Glen Way
The Cause:
To support and extend Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres across the UK. Maggie's provides support to anyone affected by any type of cancer at any stage
The Goal:
…We are aiming to raise over £800 between us for this worthy cause, please sponsor our huge effort to promote maggie’s cancer centres in a cause close to all of our hearts and something we feel Lorna would have loved to be a part
