So, one Olympic Triathlon later, I'm ready for my next challenge; this time, it's the MightyMan Half Ironman distance challenge in Montauk, NY.

For this event, I am raising money for Keep a Child Alive UK. I sit on the committee of this charity and the work they do is truly groundbreaking (http://www.keepachildalive.org/uk/). I have no fundraising targets, so please give as much or as little as you can afford.
