Hi everybody,

I am taking some time off work to deliver a 50 foot yacht from Antigua to Dublin between 1st May and 14th June 2009. I will be part of about 10 crew running the boat around the clock.

Life on board can be tough at times: no showers, no TV or internet and no cappucino for the journey...

To mark this experience, I am asking friends and colleagues to join me in support of the RNLI - Royal National Lifeboat Institution - www.rnli.org.uk. The RNLI is the charity that provides a 24-hour life-saving service around the UK and ROI and they don't get any Government funding so anything you can give is welcome.

All those that donate will receive exclusive photos of the journey!
