Tourism Concern is the only organisation in the world campaigning on human rights and tourism. Our role is to ensure that the voices of poor people, marginalised by powerful tourism interests, are heard.

The need is urgent:
Our independence is our most valuable tool. It allows us to challenge industry and governments to be accountable and to provide a genuine voice for the marginalised. As a result we find it difficult to take money from corporate sponsors and from the government that promotes unsustainable forms of tourism worldwide. We depend on the financial support of people like you who understand!
Our very independence is now threatened. As a reulst of current financial uncertainty worldwide, we face an economic crisis not of our own making. Our traditional areas of support are shrinking. This means that there will be serious impacts on the communities that we campaign about, many of whom have lost their land, access to resources and their livelihoods. We can not allow their voices to go unheard.
Please help us to ensure that the voices of people and communities marginalised by tourism do not go unheard! Your donation can help us make a big difference.
