There are so many worthwhile causes out there, it's difficult to decide which ones to support.

I work at a further college that has a significant provision for people with both physical and mental disabilities and I am a firm supporter of organisations that work to provide disabled people with greater opportunities in all areas of their lives.

In recent months, I've also got the cycling bug so I'm combining these two things and taking up the challenge of riding almost 300 miles from London to Paris (include riding through the night) to raise money for what I consider to a worthy cause.

Your support, not just financial, will be greatly appreciate as I endeavour to get fit enough to undertake my toughest ever physical challenge just 5 months short of my 50th birthday.
