ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY - 25th ANNIVERSARY

TEAM EIA HITS THE STREETS

This year it's the 25th anniversary of EIA - the Environmental Investigation Agency, one of the world's most effective environmental campaign groups.    For a quarter of a century, EIA has pioneered and refined undercover investigation as a means of protecting rare wildlife and habitats.

Today EIA investigatiors still travel the world using secret filming, recording, still photographs and other investigative techniques to expose environmental crimes - illegal logging, elephant poaching, big cat skin smuggling and other examples of wildlife and environment abuse around the globe.

To mark the anniversary and kick off a season of 25th-year events, a crack team of the fittest and bravest of EIA's undercover sleuths (and supporters) took to the streets of North London on May 17th, to take part in the annual Crouch End 10-kilometre run.
