The ride on Sunday was very successful with all members of Team Shomrei finishing in good time - needless to say some faster than others.
The morning was very hot which required frequent stops for hydration but in the afternoon it clouded over and was a bit cooler for the final ascent of Devil's Dyke before dropping down into Hove.
All in all, a tough but enjoyable 60 mile challenge which was facilitated by the weeks of training which proved to pay dividends on the day.
Your sponsorship will help Norwood support the most vulnerable members of the community coping with learning disabilities and social difficulties. As David Cameron said last week when he opened the new Tager Autism Centre at Ravenswood, "How we care for disabled people is really an important mark of how civilised and compassionate our society is."

Hope you will also consider joining us on a future ride!
Best wishes
