My story
Guided by our intrepid leader Luke, we've collectively made the sensible decision to run up every single one of the 920 steps to the top of Tower 42 in the name of charity - it's called 'Vertical Rush', and it's raising vital cash for the charity Shelter.

To put this into context, Covent Garden tube station is 195 stairs deep, and comes with a public health warning.
It's a great cause, and one that we feel passionately about - while we were busy wolfing down Roast dinners over the New Year, thousands of people across the country were facing the very real, very bleak prospect of homelessness.
By offering expert advice to those in need and lobbying the Government to tackle the housing crisis head-on, Shelter are tirelessly working to give Santa a few more chimneys to climb down this time next year.
It's 600ft. it's high, and running to the top's going to hurt.
But it'll all be worth it if we hit our sponsorship target: £750, all going to the homelessness charity, Shelter. They're amazing, and worth every penny we can get to them.
So dig deep! If you see us fundraising, be generous.No amount is too little, and every penny counts.
We're gunning for £750 by the end of March, so dig deep and give what you can - it'll make a massive difference.
