Team Josh (West) are a group of lovely people who signed up to join me in running, walking and crawling the Baxters 10k in Inverness on October 2nd.

We are putting ourselves through this for Kidney Kids Scotland, a charity which helped my amazing godson Joshua Morrice, and many like him, through some serious health problems and who do fantastic work.
