Kelly Sam Kath and Lisa are cycling 550K fromVietnam to Cambodia to raise essential funds for the Alzheimer's society.

Every day in many ways each of us are touched by people experiencing dementia whether it be family, friends or those who we care for.

This is going to be a huge challenge for us all as none of us are keen cyclists or particularly fit. To help prepare us for this, Brampton manor have kindly provided us with a personal trainer "Matt" just like "Davinas Greg" who will be supporting us through sweat and tears.
