We have joined together two Just Giving pages in order to form this team fundraising page. We are hoping for donations to be made to both Tommy's and to Sands.
Soon, our very own Clemency's Legacy will be a small, registered charity and we will be able to receive donations too. Clemency's Legacy aims to:
1) Promote national and political awareness of the problems with NHS childbirth care and management and the all-too-frequently lethal, damaging and/or life-altering results of current maternity practices and guidelines.
2. To improve those NHS practices and guidelines, creating an environment in which prospective parents may be more confident of the safe delivery of their baby.
3. To reduce the rate of stillbirths in the UK - one of the worst in the developed world.
We are also wanting to help raise funds for the making of an incredibly important documentary called "Still Born, Still Loved." This is being made by Debbie Howard of Big Buddha films. She has her own donating page :
