Last year I completed 3 triathlons and this year, I've decided to do it all again.
I will be running, swimming and cycling to raise money for 2 excellent charities in my constituency - Harrow Parkinson's Society and Harrow Law Centre.
Both do really valuable work and I know they will put any donations to very good use.
I completed the Hatch End triathlon on 11th May and on the 8th June I will be attempting triathlon no.2 at Blenheim Palace.
The final and toughest triathlon is the London Triathlon on August 3rd.
