I am competing in Ironman Wales which is a 2.4 miles swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile marathon.
I will be raising money for the Dougie Dalzel Memorial Trust and Parkinson's UK. Two charities very close to my heart since it was Dougie who inspied me to get on a bike and get fit!
Please donate as much as you can every, penny will only spur me on in what I know will be at times a very tough experience. There are over 9,500 feet of vertical ascent during the race so I am sure to feel quite tired half way round. M
