I ran my first 10k earlier in the year and I'm now taking the big step up to the Liverpool Marathon.
Through training, every inch of me is either sore, tired, blistered or raw right now but but it's massively outweighed by what the charities bring to people near and afar.
This time I want to support 2 charties.
The first is Radio City Cash for Kids. A fantastic Liverpool based charity that does huge amounts of great work for local kids in the area.

The second charity is the Karen Woo Foundation. Karen was a school friend of my wife. Tragically, last year, she was killed whilst working on an aid mission in Afghanistan whilst doing important work for the women and children of the area.

I hope you can see the huge benefits of both of these charities and can support them as I train towards the Marathon in October.
Huge thanks in advance.
