The countdown is really on for my London to Amsterdam ride in support of Prostate Cancer UK from 14 to 16 June. I've been training hard and am now looking forward to meeting my fellow cyclists and football fans who are riding 155 miles to raise thousands of pounds to change the game for the 250,000 men in the UK living with prostate cancer.
Our ride is a fitting season finale to celebrate the charity's Official CharityPartnership with The Football League. I will be pedalling with fans from Nottingham Forest, Notts County, Leicester City, Oxford United, Charlton Athletic, Wycombe Wanderers, Northampton Town, Birmingham City, Grimsby Town, Aston Villa, Liverpool, Everton and Movember! There'll be plenty to talk about it en route.
You might not be riding, but you can support by donating now to my team, and help more men survive prostate cancer
