Hi,
We, at Norwich City Football Club, have been asked to take part in this year’s gruelling Cycle Challenge in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. We’ll be cycling a daunting 145 miles from London to Amsterdam with the Football League’s official charity.
Team NCFC is represented by Dan Rodwell, Rosie Wallace and Lee Kidell.
Although this is our first year taking part, it was a huge success last year, and they raised a considerable amount of money, as well as promoting a serious cause for Prostate Cancer UK and men’s health.
So it all kicks off on June 12. Day 1 sees us start from Leyton Orient FC’s stadium to Harwich, about 85 miles, where we’ll get an overnight ferry to Hook. On Day 2 we then cycle about 60 miles into Amsterdam (AFC Ajax).
All information about the event can be found on the below link: www.prostatecanceruk.org/amsterdam
All we’re asking is for a small donation for a this huge task Dan, Lee and Rosie are going to undertake. Obviously we want to smash and raise more than our target of £2,200. So please donate whatever you can, even if it's just £1, it's £1 more towards fighting Prostate Cancer.
